My name is Ross James Connor and I am a researcher, writer and historian.

I have a degree in Writing Contemporary Fiction which I
obtained from Southampton Solent University and since my graduation, I have
spent my time writing historical fiction.
I have a sincere fondness for all things historical but the period that really enchants me is the 'middle ages'.
I am the author of the novel Mercenary and the short story Black Christmas 1349.
When I'm not working on my own books, I write for the English Historical Fiction Authors blog. I live in Hertfordshire, UK and work from my shed, known as the House of Imagination.
